This is not a serious threat as of right now.  Someone will exploit it eventually if it's worth it.  To break this down in a simple sense it is basically when someone has the "dicussions" tab turned on is when this file will get called.  What IE will do is check to see if the server that the user is on supports having a dicussion.

Personally we don't have our systems set up for that, and I don't know anyone else who does.  Though, I am sure this thing could either take off or be a flop.  Guess we will have to wait and see.
