		<description>I've been doing this for ages now and you are right in taking that approach when choosing medication. (I tend to do the same for all my medication that I buy off the shelf)
I buy the tesco, lidls, asda etc branded ones and they work just as well as the branded ones at a fraction of the cost. 
(I just bought another box of each type today for 87p per box of 7tabs.)
I'm not sure which type works best for me really so I just take one of each per day, and more if I'm really taking strain:-)

I also find I live on Sudafed nasal spray (metered dose) to keep me clear. That stuff is brilliant, its the same as the Otrivan 
 spray but cheaper (15ml vs 10ml for a less)
I'm yet to find a decent cheaper equivalent store branded one.</description>
